Red Hook Lobster Pound, Washington DC's first mobile Lobster truck is looking to expand its team!
We are looking for hard-working, reliable candidates who want to be part of a successful, local, fun business. You will work both on the truck and at the commissary to assist in all facets of selling our amazing lobster rolls, shrimp rolls and whoopie pies!
Requirements:
General hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm. We have some evening shifts and Saturday shifts too!
Do you have:
- Excellent customer service.
- Sense of humor & the judgment to know when it's appropriate.
- Great attitude & team player.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly.
- Proven reliability and reliable transportation.
- Food service experience required.
- Reliable transportation/Valid drivers license.
- Clean driving background/criminal history.

Can you:
- Lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Fill orders quickly and accurately and maintain a sense of humor.
- Interact with the public politely.
- Assist with stocking the truck, including but not limited to the preparation of food.
- Clean the truck and materials - after a long day.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Show up at work on time and take pride in your commitment to RHLP.
